• Google Account Information: When you sign in using Google Sign-In, we access basic profile information such as your full name, email address, and profile picture to authenticate your account and establish your user profile.
• PDF Form Data & Uploads: Information entered into PDF inspection forms is stored locally on your device. Completed forms are uploaded directly to your personal Google Drive when initiated. If versioning features are enabled, document versions are synced with our secure server to track revision history.
• Device & Analytics Data: We may collect non-identifiable technical data (e.g., device model, operating system version, app performance logs) solely for error debugging and performance optimization.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly to power core application functions:

• Authenticating your user identity securely via Google Sign-In.
• Allowing you to fill out, manage, version, and sync PDF inspection forms.
• Saving completed PDF reports directly into your personal Google Drive storage.
• Maintaining service functionality, troubleshooting bugs, and enhancing app performance.

3. Google API Scopes & Limited Use Disclosure

Specifically regarding Google API scopes:

• Google Sign-In Scope: Used solely to verify user identity.
• Google Drive API Scope: Used exclusively to upload, update, and manage PDF inspection reports created within Logbuk inside your designated Google Drive folder. We do not scan, read, or modify unrelated files in your Drive.

4. Third-Party Sharing and Data Sale

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or Google user data to third parties. Your data is never shared with advertising networks, marketers, or data brokers. Data is shared only under the following limited circumstances:

• Google Services: To execute Google Sign-In and Google Drive syncing as explicitly requested by you.
• Legal Compliance: If required to do so by applicable law or in response to valid legal requests by public authorities.

5. Data Security & Storage

We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. Authentication is handled using secure Google OAuth protocols. PDF files remain encrypted in transit and are stored under your personal Google account storage controls.

6. Data Retention and Account Deletion

You have full control over your data:

• You can revoke Logbuk’s access to your Google account at any time via your Google Security Settings.
• You can request the permanent deletion of any version history or profile data cached on our servers by contacting us at the email address below.
• PDF files saved in your Google Drive remain under your ownership and can be managed or deleted directly by you at any time.

7. Children’s Privacy

Logbuk is intended for professional and general audience use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
